DICONO DI NOI

Era la prima volta che partecipavo ad un corso di cucina e ne sono rimasta veramente entusisata! E' stato interessante imparare a fare la pasta fesca, ma anche scoprire tante ricette nuove che ho ripoprosto a casa ai miei amici. 

Insomma,ho vissuto un'esperienza insimenticabuile! Lo Chef, ci ha spiegato le tecniche per preparare i avri piatti che poi abbiamo eseguito e mangaito con un buon bicchiere di vino. In conclusione, ho imparato a cucinare divertimendomi.

I participated in this cooking class while visiting Florence. It was one of the best things I did on my entire visit! The Chef has a Michelin Star but is completely "down to earth" and is a wonderful teacher. The Class was entirely hands on and we learned to make some " real" Italian Food!  Last but not least was the amazing location...the kitchen was a dream and eating our meal on the terrace with  incredible view of florence was a unforgettable experience!!
